What "no improvement" means
None of the items we disputed were removed or corrected, and none of your 3 credit scores went up.
We compare your first credit report to a report pulled 60 days after your 12th dispute round.
How to claim
- Wait 60 days after your 12th dispute round, then pull your updated report.
- Email admin@credicoach.com within 30 days after that, with your before and after credit reports.
- We review and respond within 30 days. If you qualify, we refund all credit repair fees you paid, plus 10%.
Good to know
- This guarantee is a refund policy, not a promise of any specific deletion or score. Accurate, current, and verifiable information can't legally be removed by anyone.
- It doesn't apply if you don't provide accurate information or documents on time, or don't follow the action plan we give you.
- The full terms are in Section 4 of your service agreement, which you'll review before you sign.
